PROGRAM:
Why is it important to discuss elimination of bias in the legal profession?  Learn where our profession is with regard to a spectrum of diverse groups.  Why has the legal profession changed slowly?   Can diversity impact effectiveness, productivity and profitability in the legal field?  Learn to identify implicit bias and to understand how biased views affect the behavior of all participants in the legal process.  We will explore how to alleviate bias by challenging our own views. And acquire credit for the Elimination of Bias CLE.
