Please join us for a panel discussion on the challenges of managing a corporation's IP portfolio, including overseeing day-to-day issues, providing strategic direction, and addressing ethical concerns. A panel of experienced Bay Area in-house counsel from both emerging companies and large enterprises will discuss how they strategically manage their IP portfolios, coordinate with management and inventors in developing these portfolios, and interact with firm counsel.
