USPTO Legal Roundtable with IP Attaches

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is preparing for 2014 Intellectual Property (IP) Attaché Consultations, to be held on December 12 in San Jose.  SVIPLA invites you and your colleagues to San Jose City Hall, 200 E. Santa Clara Street, Friday, December 12 from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. to participate in a legal roundtable discussion on relevant international IP issues. 

USPTO IP Attaches assigned to South America; China; South Asia; Southeast Asia; Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean will be present.  

IP Attaches are U.S. diplomats and IP attorneys who work with foreign governments to improve IP systems overseas for the benefit of U.S. stakeholders.  Consultations provide an opportunity for the IP Attaches to exchange views on IP matters with U.S. stakeholders.  Additional information about the IP Attaché Program is attached.
