For in-house counsel and law firm attorneys - How can a company structure an inventor incentive program to encourage collective protection of intellectual property, while discouraging individual exploitation of the incentive program?
Join us for a lively discussion around this difficult question. A panel of in-house counsel will each describe their respective companies’ inventor incentive program, and then there will be a panel discussion on lessons learned regarding effectiveness or ineffectiveness of various approaches, followed by audience interaction with the panelists.
