Cal State Bar IP Section Presents "IP Practitioner Tips and Tricks" Conference in Santa Monica
The IP Section of the California State Bar will present a one-day conference, “Tips and Tricks for the IP Practitioner,” in Santa Monica on January 24, 2017.
The presentation will address the value of information we keep on our servers, and focus on the latest cyber and IP threat environment, including malware, hacking, and trade secret theft by individual criminals, organized crime, nation states, and insiders. he presentation will explain what lawyers and clients have to gain by working with law enforcement to address this growing threat. The presentation will also discuss the most common misconceptions lawyers and clients have about referring cybercrime and trade secret thefts to law enforcement.
