Registration has opened for the State Bar of California's 42nd IP Institute, the Annual Meeting of the IP Law Section, which will be held November 1 - 3 at the Hyatt Regency Newport Beach, with a welcome reception on November 1st. 

This year’s theme is “42: Answers to Your Ultimate IP Questions," which provides a wide range of cutting-edge and compelling presentations on patent, copyright, trademark, cannabis-related IP, privacy, technology transfer, licensing, and entertainment.

You can earn up to 9.25 MCLE Credits at the Institute, including 1 hour of Legal Ethics, 1 hour of Elimination of Bias, and 1 hour of Competence.
