Michelle Dunn, SVIPLA’s President, will be the moderator.

About Our Panelists:
Eric Goldman is a Professor of Law at Santa Clara University School of Law. His research and teaching focuses on Internet, IP and advertising law topics, and he blogs on these topics at the Technology & Marketing Law Blog [http://blog.ericgoldman.org]. Managing IP magazine has twice named him to a shortlist of North American “IP Thought Leaders,” and he has been named an “IP Vanguard” by the California State Bar’s IP Section.

Steve Zansberg is an active leader in the national media law bar. He is a past Chair of the American Bar Association’s Forum on Communications Law, and has chaired several other committees within the ABA and the Media Law Resource Center. Steve also serves as the President of the Colorado Freedom of Information Coalition, which educates about and promotes greater transparency in state and local governments. Steve has taught media law and internet law at the University of Colorado and at the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law. Steve currently represents Dow Jones & Co., publisher of the Wall Street Journal, in its motion to unseal documents in the formal Theranos CEO Elizabeth Holmes’s fraud case. In the coming Webinar, Steve will discuss his observations in this closely watched legal proceeding.

Naomi Jane Gray is a principal in the law firm Shades of Gray Law Group, P.C., where she focuses her practice on copyright and trademark litigation, prosecution and counseling.
