The America Invents Act mandated that the USPTO encourage pro bono efforts to help small inventors obtain patent protection. As we launch the California USPTO pro bono program, we will take a bit of time to explain the nature of the program, the underlying AIA mandate for it and the goals we hope it will achieve for inventors of modest means. One hour of FREE MCLE credit will be available for this presentation.
